JSS Higher Primary School, Jayanagar, Bangalore.

Established during 1991 - 92 with a strength of 28 and 51 for the class 1st to 5th standard respectively. After this the institution took rapid growth having 24 sections with 1540 students. With a great vision of the present pontiff Jagadguru Sri Deshikendra Swamiji convereted this institution in to a complete "FREE EDUCATION SCHOOL" for the poor and needy of the society with irrespective of caste, creed and religion. Facilities like Education, Boarding, Accommodation, Books, Tution fee, Uniforms... etc., are provided to all these poor children from 1st to 10th Standard. The intent in establishing the free education school at Suttur was to primarily provide world - class education in sylvan surroundings to a blend of students both from the well to do and under privileged sections of the poorest of the poor. This school was inaugurated by his excellency the president of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. The president of India visited twice the institution.
